Stay in a bright, airy duplex with a minimalist, clean design — just 3 minutes from Gaehwasan Station and under 10 minutes from Gimpo Airport. This thoughtfully arranged space blends modern comfort with simple elegance, creating a calm, uncluttered atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxing and feeling at home.

A short-term rental agreement will be completed at check-in, and a valid passport or ID is required.

A one-time cleaning fee of ₩45,000 (~US $35, subject to exchange rates) is charged at check-out.

One vehicle can be parked for free in the underground garage with prior registration (vehicle registration document required).

Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability.

Please note this is a quiet residential building — kindly keep noise to a minimum, especially during the evening.

Smoking, pets, and parties are not allowed inside the property.

For winter stays, underfloor heating is available in addition to the air conditioning/heating unit.

Gaehwasan Station (Line 5) is barely a minute's walk away, providing quick access to central Seoul and popular destinations like Hongdae in about 20 minutes. Gimpo Airport is only one subway stop away or a 5-minute taxi ride. For longer day trips, you can reach Seoul Station and Myeongdong within 35 to 40 minutes by subway. Local buses and taxis are also readily available.

Our home is located in a quiet, safe residential area of Banghwa-dong, just a less than 1-minute walk from Gaehwasan Station on Line 5 and only one subway stop from Gimpo Airport, where you’ll find a large department store and a cinema. Within a short stroll, you can enjoy family-run restaurants, cozy cafés, supermarkets, and convenience stores — perfect for experiencing the neighborhood like a local without tourist markups. For shopping, dining, and nightlife, the vibrant Hongdae district is only 20 minutes away by subway. Gaehwasan Park and scenic walking trails are also nearby for those who enjoy nature.
